Why We’re Here
What do we all want? I mean, sure, there are lots of things we can offer to answer that question, but really, what is it that most of us would agree is something we all want to have?
“Peace of mind,” certainly! But I bet if I said “total financial freedom” I wouldn’t get too many arguments
What comes along with that goal? How about being debt free? Independent (no employer to control your time)? Totally mobile (can work from anywhere so you could travel, and still be earning money)?
We are constantly bombarded with offers from thousands of people who make big promises and who present all kinds of great sounding schemes. And let me tell you, we’ve bought into more than a few of them ourselves.
And most of the time, what happens? I think we all know the answer to that question. So it comes down to how do we know what is real and what is Memorex? We could try them all, at great personal expense, and eventually we might hit on something that has merit. But we’ve done that, been there, got lots of tee-shirts and have little to show for it . . .except for one very important, very significant gain: knowledge.
Our logo is the ostrich with his head up, not buried in the sand, and the words “Knowledge is Power.” We decided that there is a tremendous need to be filled here. People need not to waste their time and resources and if they (we) could work together in our common goals, we could greatly increase our success rate and reduce our frustration and losses.
So we came up with the idea of having a blog/site which dedicated itself to serving our community and act as an advance guard, a canary in the mine, a bird dog. A place where experience can be shared and thereby save others from following dead paths, a quality control center, a place where honesty and truth, objectivity and real help can be found.
How do you know who to trust . . . what works? We here at One Heads Up not having been spared any of this pain, and having made some very expensive errors dealing with real estate and with debt, on-line marketing and sales and more, have learned a lot of important lessons. And we feel that it is our purpose to share that knowledge and experience here with you now.
.There are good programs out there, and some very nice products which really work. These, we want to share with you and we can guaranty that should you pursue any of them, you will not be hurt. We want to see honesty and ability rewarded, and dishonesty and harmfulness avoided or ignored.
